Yes, Boujee Bounce Co. requires a $100 non-refundable deposit for bounce house rentals.  This deposit varies when additional decorations are added.  Balloon garlands require a materials deposit that is tacked onto the bounce house deposit fee.

The rental price includes up to 8 hours.  

The unit will need to be within 100 feet of an electrical source. Boujee provides an extension chord for the blowers.  We do not allow the use of client provided extension chords.  If you have a need for additional distance between the unit and an outlet please contact us to accommodate. 

The units must be on a flat surfce.  No rocks, gravel or dirt areas.  We provide a white tarp for under the  unit.

We do not allow decorations on the units unless they're from one of our approved vendors.  Unfortunately, some decor can stain the units.  Boujee offers balloon garlands.  We're also happy to provide clients with DIY balloon kits.  Contact us for more information.

Yes.  We do not allow: food, drink, shoes, face paint, water or glitter.  The units come with a sign that can be displayed at your event.  Additionally, the rules are included in our contract for your review.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while ensuring smooth operations for all of our customers. Here's how it works:

1. Cancellations made 60 prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
2. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
3. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date are not be eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or equipment issues, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.
